Tonight, The Vancouver Canucks host the Philadelphia Flyers at Rogers Arena in their second home game of the season. So far, The Canucks hold on to 4th place in the Pacific division with a
3-3-1 record. Whereas, The Flyers currently sit at 6th in the Metropolitan division with a 3-1-1 Record.
The Canucks and Flyers clash for the second time this season. For their first meeting on October 15th, the Philadelphia Flyers hosted the Canucks for their home opener. Vancouver came out on top 5-4 in a shootout. Elias Pettersson scored his first goal of the season and Vasily Podkolzin had his first career NHL goal. It was a thrilling game.
In the second period, the Canucks came out and flooded the Philadelphia net with 4 goals in the frame.
J.T. Miller had an impressive game. He had a goal and 2 assists, and the shootout winning goal.
After Minnesota announced their COVID-19 positive Cases, Coach Travis Green was asked about the team's situation this morning in a pre-game interview; to which he replied that so far everyone feels okay and they receive their next COVID-19 test tomorrow.
Tonight will be the Flyers second road game of the season. After they got a win last night in Edmonton.

It will be great seeing our recently called up Justin Bailey alongside Pettersson and Hoglander. With Bailey's speed and big body it will give nice boost to our 3rd line. According to the projected line-ups, we might not be able to see our lotto line play together, but it should be exciting to see Jaroslav Halak in the net tonight.
Halak made his Canuck's debut against the Detroit Red Wings on October 16th. He saved 18 of 20 shots faced, and posted a .900% Save percentage in a 3-1 Loss.
Martin Jones will be in the net for the Philadelphia Flyers tonight, after Carter Hart's poor performance the last time these two teams played.
The Canucks need to avoid making the same mistakes they made in their home opener.
Giving the puck away in the defensive zone.
Passing the puck in front of their own net and allowing a golden opportunity for the opposing team.
The most important thing is they need to shoot the puck at the net. They keep passing the puck around too much, looking for the perfect shot before they pull the trigger. They all look like Henrik Sedin's out there on the power play.
My Prediction : 5-3 Canucks
Go Canucks !
