The Vancouver Canucks are no strangers to Swedish twins. However, this time, it is a little bit more complicated.
The original Elias Pettersson, drafted 5th overall by the Canucks in 2017, has blossomed into a superstar since entering the league in the 2018-19 season. So far in his career he has put up 221 total points in 245 games.
The new Elias Pettersson, given he makes it to the NHL, will be playing defense on the Canucks. Unlike his offensive counterpart.
