The Dallas Stars superstar Jason Robertson is currently an RFA, and in need of a new contract.
Robertson, at 23-years-old, has been playing at a point/game pace since the 2020-21 COVID-19 shortened season.

According to sources, the Buffalo Sabres have serious interest in acquiring RFA F Jason Robertson from the Dallas Stars.
Robertson has had delayed contract discussions with the Stars over the past few months, and the Sabres have recently kicked tires on the situation with serious intent.
The Sabres currently have the cap space to sign Robertson, as well as the draft picks to do an offer sheet.
According to Capfriendly.com, the Sabres have nearly $20.5 Million in projected cap space going into the 2022-23 season.
With Buffalo lacking a franchise forward and needing more offense heading into the upcoming season, there's no reason why Buffalo shouldn't take a shot at acquiring the coveted NHL star.
