New York Islanders head coach Barry Trotz went ballistic when he failed to get the referee's attention.
He received a bench minor penalty for throwing Anthony Beauvillier's stick on the ice after the referee refused to acknowledge the coach and immediately went to drop the puck.
The Islanders went on to lose the game 6-1 to the St. Louis Blues. This has been a tough year for his Islanders team that came in with high expectations and have failed to qualify for the post-season.
